EMDR Bilateral does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

No accounts, no sign-in.
No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
No network connection is used. The app works fully offline.
Your settings (sound, speed, volume, passes per set) are saved only on your device and are deleted when you delete the app.
The app does not use your microphone. iOS lists a microphone permission because the audio library the app is built on includes recording features; the app never requests or uses it.

Because no data leaves your device, there is nothing for us to access, sell, or delete on your behalf.

EMDR Bilateral plays alternating left/right sounds. It is a tool, not a treatment, and does not provide medical or mental health advice. Use it as directed by a qualified therapist.
